A damaged roof doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither do we. Big Toms Roofing keeps trucks staged around West Chicago so a certified roofer can be looking at your roof within hours, not days, with a straight-talk estimate before any work starts.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in West Chicago has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Roof Inspection crews are local, licensed, and accountable — every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our West Chicago crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.

A Roof Inspection replacement is one of the biggest investments a West Chicago homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way — daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across West Chicago to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
